Manage your life insurance policy on mobile

‘Insurance on the Go’ is taken to a new level with the launch of our new mobile app for Java, Symbian, Blackberry and Android mobiles! With the Bajaj Allianz Insurance app, you can manage your policy anytime, anywhere with the touch of a few buttons.

 

Downloading the App

To download the app, visit the following URLs, depending on your phone type:

Alternatively, you can receive the URL via SMS by calling our toll free number – 1800-209-5858.

Registering Yourself on the App

On your first login attempt, a disclaimer will appear on your mobile’s screen. Clicking on “Agree” will take you to a login page, where you must enter your Login ID and Password. These must be the same as the ones you use on the Bajaj Allianz Customer Portal on our website. After this, you will be authenticated by the app.

 

Services Provided by the App

The app provides three services, which are listed on its Main Menu – Fund Details, Policy Details and Services. Clicking on each will take you to a sub-menu, which contains various options for the management of your policy. You can check your policy details, your fund value and net asset value, policy status and information.

The app also provides a list of our toll-free customer care numbers as well as our grievance e-mail I.D., which you can use in case you need more assistance.

      The operating system of your phone would be BADA, for which we do not as yet have an application designed. Once the same is out, we shall post an update on our website. Do let us know in case of any other query.

      The application is available based on your phone type. We currently do not have an application for BADA based operating system.
